熊市抵押不足，Near原生穩定幣USN吹熄燈號

今年四月Near 公鏈甫推出的演算法穩定幣 USN，今年六月後改版為非演算法穩定幣。後來因極端市場狀況出現抵押不足(undercollateralised)，USN 保護計畫拿出四千萬美金維穩。它也不會與 NEAR 代幣有任何掛勾關係。基於種種問題，Near 基金會建議關閉 USN，將會有一年的贖回期。
